FAQ's or a few things you may find helpful

1) We accept all forms of payments- credit cards, paypal (either through the site or I can send you an invoice), personal checks (orders will be held until check clears), money orders, credit card orders by phone or fax. All orders on my site are processed through a secure 128 BIT Encrypted site through Yahoo!

2) In stock items will be mailed usually the next business day.

3) Special orders will never cost you extra. If we can order it we will at no extra fee to you (50% payment up front).

4) Returns of charts, fabric and threads are not accepted. Please verify your shipment and if you ever have an issue please contact us within 48 hours of your package arrival so we can resolve any concerns you may have.

6) Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation are available upon request. You must contact me within two weeks if you do not receive your package-.no claim guarantee without insurance and delivery confirmation.
